What is Statyk

Updated: 2026-10-18

In short

Statyk is an online tool that turns a few parameters (dimensions, height, roof, structure, finishes) into a preliminary design of a small building.

It is built by the Business Hive Vilnius (BHV) team. The service is currently a free demo.

What you get

- A floor plan and four elevations with dimensions.

- An isometric view you can rotate 360°, plus four corner views in the PDF.

- A bill of materials: quantities, lengths, units, waste allowances.

- An indicative cost (materials and, optionally, labour) and help fitting a budget.

- Warnings: what departs from common practice, where a rule is not yet verified, when a permit may be needed.

- PDF, drawings as SVG / PNG, project copies, version comparison and a share link.

Who it is for

Sheds, garages, workshops, carports, farm buildings and small agricultural structures. Experimentally also other objects, such as dog enclosures and kennels.

Statyk helps you compare options quickly and prepare for a conversation with a builder, supplier or structural engineer.

What Statyk does not do

The result is not a building design and not a certified structural calculation. A qualified engineer or architect must check the solution before construction.

When a decision relies on a rule that has not been verified yet, the system says so clearly — numbers are never made up.
