Terms of Use

1. Service provider

Statyk (projektavimas.lt) is provided by Business Hive Vilnius UAB, company code 125418510, VAT code LT100001247916, registered office Savanorių pr. 178F, LT-03154 Vilnius, Lietuva, registered in the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania. Contact: info@projektavimas.lt, tel. +370 686 77781.

2. Service and testing period

Statyk is a parametric design tool for small buildings: from your parameters it generates preliminary plans, facades, illustrations, a bill of materials and an estimated cost.

The service is currently a demo (testing) version and is provided free of charge. We may change, extend or temporarily suspend features and will announce significant changes. By signing up you accept that the service is not yet a final product and may contain errors.

The specialist catalogue is always free for specialists. Additional features are provided by the paid Pro plan: its price and features are shown on the specialist profile page; for now the plan is enabled for the stated period on the basis of an invoice. The Pro plan does not affect catalogue position, reviews or the attestation badge. When the plan ends, the free plan applies and no data is deleted.

3. Nature of results — not a design project, not a calculation

Results are NOT a building design project, a certified structural calculation or a document permitting construction. They are preliminary information for discussing decisions.

Before construction, a certified structural engineer or architect must review and approve the solutions under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Building category, permit requirements, load zones and other regulatory references are preliminary — the competent authorities decide. Where regulatory values are not verified, the system clearly says so.

4. Prices

Prices are indicative, taken from a sample catalogue, and are not an offer to sell goods or services. They may differ from market prices, and whether they include VAT is not confirmed. Check prices with suppliers before purchasing.

5. Artificial intelligence

- The description text may be recognised by an artificial intelligence system. Always check the recognised parameters — the system shows what it understood and lets you correct it.

- AI visualisations are illustrations generated by artificial intelligence. They are always labelled, may be inaccurate and are not drawings — the drawings and the bill of materials prevail.

- What data is sent to AI providers is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Account

Sign-in uses a one-time email link; there are no passwords. One email address — one account. You are responsible for access to your email. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the project list, where you can also download your data.

7. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the content you enter (descriptions, comments, project names). It is prohibited to:

- publish unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content;

- enter other people’s personal data without a legal basis;

- circumvent security measures, send automated mass requests or otherwise disrupt the service.

If these rules are broken, we may remove content or suspend the account, notifying you by email.

8. Sharing and collaboration

By creating a share link you allow anyone who holds it to see the project results and leave a comment. You can revoke the link at any time. Invited members get access according to the role you choose.

9. Intellectual property

You may use the generated results for your own purposes (your own construction, obtaining quotes, discussing with professionals). You may not resell them as a standalone design service or mass-copy the system’s content. The system, its code, catalogue and algorithms belong to Business Hive Vilnius UAB.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of results without review by a qualified professional. These terms do not limit liability for intent or gross negligence and do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

11. Complaints and consumer disputes

Send complaints to info@projektavimas.lt — we reply within 14 days. If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with the reply, you may resolve the dispute out of court with the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (https://vvtat.lrv.lt) within one year of contacting us. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

12. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. Registered users are notified of significant changes by email in advance. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
