How it is calculated

Updated: 2026-10-18

Same input, same result

All calculations run in deterministic engines: geometry, structural decisions, material quantities, cost, drawings and views. The same parameters always give the same result — to the millimetre and the cent.

Each version records which ruleset and catalogue produced it, so an old project can be reproduced exactly.

The ruleset

Stud spacing, profiles, foundation types, roof pitches, snow and wind zones, building classification — everything lives in one versioned rules file with sources.

If a normative value has not been verified, it is not guessed: the system uses common practice, marks the decision as preliminary and asks for an engineer's check.

Materials and cost

The bill of materials is built from the geometry: for every wall, roof slope, foundation and opening — the members, lengths, quantities and waste.

Prices come from a sample catalogue and are indicative. You can enter your supplier's prices in the project. Labour hours follow the quantity of members; you set the hourly rate.

Where AI is involved

- Text recognition: a description is turned into parameters. You always see the result and can correct it.

- Photorealistic visualisation (optional): an illustrative image is created from the generated view and the parameters.

Contact details are never sent to AI systems. AI takes no part in the calculations.
